Fast, large-capacity drying

Industrial dryers to finish your laundry without hanging it up at home. Ideal after washing, or if you just need to dry.

Fast drying
How long does drying take at OpenBlue?

It depends on the load: a normal wash is usually dry in 30–45 minutes. The dryers are large-capacity, built for duvets and blankets. From €2, depending on drying time.

How fast drying works in Malpica

1.

Check the load

Don't overload the dryer: laundry dries better with room to move. For duvets, one large item per cycle.

2.

Choose the time

Pay by card and set the minutes. You can open the door halfway through to check.

3.

Ready to go

Fold your laundry or pack it in a bag and go. If you washed here too, it's all done in a single stop.

Yes. You can use just the dryer if you bring damp laundry.

You're in Malpica

A fishing village on a peninsula: harbour on one side, beach and promenade on the other. Costa da Morte — real beaches, without the crowds.

A little history

Malpica's harbour was a whaling port in the 17th century (Basque and Cantabrian sailors). Today it remains a working inshore fishing port — market, boats, sea rhythm.

In town and nearby

  • Promenade, Nai Carrexeira sculpture and Area Maior beach — village beach and Sisargas views
  • Harbour and fish market — everyday seafaring life
  • Canido beach — next to the village, smaller
  • Punta Nariga lighthouse and Beo beach — a short hop away
  • Coast path towards the San Adrián hermitage

While your wash runs at OpenBlue, grab a drink on the promenade terraces facing the sea. Then back to beach, harbour or trail.
